Free Shipping is valid for US mailing addresses only. First Class Package service will be selected for orders of 2-3 bags and Priority Mail service will be selected for orders of 4 or more bags. Other promo codes may be used during this promotional period. Sale ends Midnight on September 26, 2018.

MonMo Treats products are shipped via US Postal Service from San Francisco, CA. First Class Package and Priority Mail services are available. USPS will deliver packages in 1-5 days, typically in 2-3 days within California.

We ship domestically in the US to all 50 states plus Washington D.C. and Puerto Rico. A tracking number will be provided for your shipment.

We are no longer servicing our customers in Canada due to the length of delivery time and shipping cost. We apologize for the inconvenience.

We take great pride in the quality of our handcrafted treats. Your satisfaction is very important to us.

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may be eligible for a free replacement or a refund within 14 days of delivery. Due to the perishable nature of our treats, we will not accept any return or refund request after 14 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a free replacement or a refund, please contact us at team@monmotreats.com with an explanation of your dissatisfaction. We may require you to send us photos of the defective or damaged product. We may require you to send us the defective or damaged product. You will be responsible for paying the return shipping cost when returning your purchased product.

After review, if your request has been approved for a free replacement, we will mail your replacement within 3-5 business days. If your request has been approved for a refund, a credit will be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within 3-5 business days. It may take some time before your refund is posted on your credit card account. Shipping costs are non-refundable. The cost of shipping will be deducted from your refund.
